Stapleton - 29th Ave.
When the new Denver International Airport opened in 1992, the Stapleton Airport closed, leaving 4,700 acres of land and buildings with no future. In 1990, anticipating the closing of the airport, the Stapleton Development Foundation was born. The work of the Foundation created the neighborhood of Stapleton, a walkable community of homes, shops, offices, parks, and schools based on a classic city architecture. Stapleton's expected growth over the next several years makes this a good time to buy into the concept of New Urbanism, and make Stapleton your new home today!
